Private Equity Real Estate Lawyer, 7+

This global professional services firm is looking for an experienced private equity real estate lawyer to join their expanding Real Estate legal team.
In this role you will advise investors and top tier private equity houses on their real estate investments and transactions. Experience of fund structuring/formation, in particular, with PE structures would be helpful though not essential. 
An entrepreneurial spirit, good business development instincts and the ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues is essential. 
This role offers a modern, commercial and international platform, a different model to the 'traditional law firm' as well as offering excellent career prospects.
