The Position

Systech constantly aims to provide its clients with the best service possible. So, Systech is looking to appoint a Group HR Coordinator to provide resource management support our Senior Management, enabling them to focus on their responsibilities and the management of our growing client base.

The Group HR Coordinator will report into to the Group Managing Directors of the business and liaise with the Regional Directors, Legal, Tax and Visa specialists, HR/Admin and Recruitment, ensuring we fill positions throughout our international business with suitable candidates on optimum terms, ensuring compliance with local country employment law and visa requirements. 

A strong character with excellent knowledge of contract law and experience of both employment and immigration law is therefore necessary, as the hired professional will be responsible for drafting employment contracts, working with external visa specialists and immigration lawyers to meet the needs of Systech’s Senior International Management. 

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in a dynamic role, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong work ethic.


Candidate Requirements:  

•    Possess a British Degree -  preferably a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
•    Experience of Contract, Employment and Immigration Law
•    Fluent in spoken and written English
•    Experience in working with Senior Management
•    Construction experience – not a necessity but would be a distinct advantage
•    Must be comfortable working under pressure and prepared to work overtime and out of hours to deal with overseas issues and meet important deadlines
•    London based and willing to travel
