A leading, Legal 500 firm, in Ipswich is looking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor/Partner into their prestigious, property team as part of a succession plan.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor aspiring to become a Partner or an existing Partner who wants a new and exciting challenge. You must have a solid background dealing with quality, commercial property matters, acting for a variety of clients, such as businesses, individuals, banks and local authorities.
The firms commercial property department is Legal 500 recommended in it's own right and covers a wide range of work, including commercial property development, property refinancing and site acquisitions, and the sale and purchase of commercial properties such as large investment properties.
