Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor.
Our client is a long established and highly regarded law firm, looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join the team at their central Bristol office in early 2019.
The award winning Dispute Resolution team seek to appoint a bright and tenacious solicitor or associate that will handle a broad range of commercial disputes. This experienced team handle a range of claims to include professional negligence, contractual disputes, fraud, shareholder and partnership disputes for a well established portfolio of both corporate and commercial clients. The role will give good exposure to a range of commercial disputes and provides a great platform for somebody ambitious and career driven.
You will have 2 years’ + PQE (although candidates with the requisite experience outside of this PQE bracket are encouraged to apply). In addition, you will have strong business development skills, the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent technical ability. It is essential that you are commercially aware, able to work independently and as part of the wider team. You will also take responsibility for mentoring and supporting junior members of the team and paralegals.
