Paralegal

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a Nottingham based Property team that has an excellent reputation across the midlands. With a Residential Property focus, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and pays up to £21,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

This Paralegal role will involve assisting on all aspects of a Residential Property matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and checking Land Registry documents and title deeds;
• Title checks;
• Liaising with clients and third parties;
• Creating SDLT Forms and submitting SDLT 5 Certificates upon completion;
• Opening files for re-mortgages/mortgages, transfer of equity, sale, purchase transactions; and
• Preparing completion statements with supervision from a manager.

Candidate requirements

The successful Paralegal will demonstrate:

• At least 6 months Residential Property experience; and
• Excellent academics.

Salary

The firm are offering their new Paralegal £18,000 - £21,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
