A well-established law firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a newly qualified Litigation Solicitor.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a newly qualified solicitor with experience in litigation to join our client’s practice in the Suffolk / Cambridgeshire area. The successful applicant will undertake a broad range of litigation matters as well as a small amount of personal injury.
Responsibilities
• Dispute resolution
• Debt recovery
• Property litigation
• Contentious probate
• Negotiating settlements
• Professional negligence claims
• Instructing counsel
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors with solid experience in litigation matters
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and individually under own initiative
• Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
