Litigation Lawyer sought for a six-week locum assignment, within a highly regarded practice in Bury St Edmunds.
Able to hit the ground running, the successful lawyer will manage a busy and varied caseload of litigated matters from instruction to resolution with minimal supervision and ensure a friendly and professional approach to clients at all times. Availability from the 1st of November for the duration of the assignment will be essential.

- Contractual disputes
- Contentious probate
- Debt recovery
- Property litigation
- Professional negligence
- Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act
- Injunctive remedies
- Negotiating settlements
- Conducting own advocacy as required
The Candidate
- Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
- Available from the 1st of November 2018 for a period of six weeks
- Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
- Works well when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Be personable with excellent client care skills and a detail orientated approach
