Our client is actively seeking a motivated solicitor who possesses solid experience in commercial property to join their busy office located in Kettering. The successful lawyer will undertake an exciting caseload of commercial property matters whilst providing friendly yet professional legal advice to clients.
The role will be offered on a 12-month contract basis, with a view to a permanent role to follow.

- Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Confidently manage own caseload
- Sound knowledge of all commercial property matters
- Experience of option agreements, conditional contracts and corporate support would be beneficial
