Our client is actively seeking a driven solicitor who possesses a duty accreditation to join it’s office in Telford, Shropshire. The successful candidate shall attend to clients at police stations and Magistrates Court whilst undertaking a wide amount of preparation work for trials.
Responsibilities
• Representing clients in the police station
• Acting in proceeds of Crime Act Proceedings
• Drug offences
• Appeals
• Extradition
• Violent crimes
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors with duty accreditation
• Demonstrate excellent communications skills both verbally and written
• Work efficiently as part of a team and individually
