Possess solid private family experience? Legal 500 practice seeks lawyer on a permanent basis in Ipswich.

Joining a highly regarded team which includes ones of the practice’s partners, the successful lawyer will take on an existing caseload of solely private family matters with minimal supervision, ensuring excellent client care and service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Divorce
• Financial settlements
• Separation
• Advising on cohabitation issues and disputes
• Drafting pre and post nuptial agreements
• Private Children Act matters
• Civil partnerships
• Meeting firm set billing targets
• Identifying opportunities for business development and marketing
• Undertaking any additional duties as required

The Candidate

• Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of private family matters will be essential
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and client care skills
• Child care experience is highly advantageous but not essential
• Has a positive can-do approach and is highly organised and confident
• Strives for high standards in their work
• A team player with a desire for professional development
