A local authority based near West Sussex are currently seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor or Childcare Legal Executive for a minimum of 3 - 6 months. You will be dealing with a wide variety of cases, in particular Care and Adoption Proceedings

Other Responsibilities will include:

-Pre-Proceedings

-Dealing with app and defendant

-Responding to enquiries

-Checking evidence

-Making application to court

-Drafting documents

You must be qualified to conduct your own advocacy and have experience dealing with Public Childcare cases

This local authority are a large, punchy team with lots of support with paralegals and legal assistants. There is flexibility with the opportunity to do some home working and/or condensed hours too.
