A local authority based near Kent are looking for a full time Planning and Litigation locum lawyer. Alternatively they are looking to split this in to two part time roles. Therefore there is an opportunity for a part time Litigation lawyer and a part time Planning Lawyer.
The contract is initially expected to last for 3-6 months and you will ideally be available as soon as possible. The post holder will be responsible for Section 106's, Section 278 and Section 38 Planning Agreements, providing Planning advice and attending planning committees. Litigation duties will include Enforcement notices and Planning Litigation matters. There may also be an opportunity for the post to go permanent for the right candidate(s). Rates are flexible.
