Do you have an eye for detail and meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation and spelling?
Do you have experience of working on complex technical documents?
Do you have advanced/ intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint?
Are you available to work night shifts from 23.00 - 07.00 on a shift basis?
Do yo want to work in Manchester City Centre?

Duties include:
- Transcribing audio files accurately and efficiently demonstrating solid typing skills
- Proofreading and quality checking all work to ensure all documents are delivered accurately and to a high standard
- Using clean up software to perform health checks on documents
- Creating, formatting and updating a wide range of complex documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
- Identifying and correcting problems using the firms templates and numbering schemes
- Accurately interpreting complex fee earner briefs and producing documents within the required timescales
As a Document Specialist you will be required to learn quickly and multi task as well as meet tight deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and provide an excellent service to the firms clients allowing them to achieve their goals.
The hours of work for this role will be Monday - Friday 2300 - 0700, however the client will also consider a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, as well as any other shift patterns which may suit.
Salary is competitive and dependant on experience, which will also include a shift allowance.
