Do you have experience with Proclaim case management development?
Do you want to work in Altrincham?
If you have answered yes to the above questions then I would be keen to hear from you.
Duties include:
- General inhouse IT support
- Assisting in SQL reports
- Assisting in the firm's MI
- Help with smaller pieces of Proclaim workflow
- Dealing with day to day proclaim issues
- Document changes on proclaim
- Producing new forms and documents in Proclaim
- Providing first line support for IT queries, particularly case management queries from the legal teams
- Regularly reviewing outstanding case management related issues
- Document and understand all known issues
- Escalate any items which have not been dealt with satisfactorily
This role would suit a Junior IT Developer with some knowledge of Proclaim or a more junior person who is keen to be trained to use Proclaim.
