Securitisation Paralegal

Our client, a prestigious law firm, seeks a Securitisation Paralegal to join their team in London. Their clients range from some of the world's largest multinational corporations to private individuals, charities, Registered Providers and Regulators and they are currently one of the UK's leading full service law firms.

Assisting the firm's Securitisation team, you will assist solicitors with a wide range of property tasks including identifying titles, obtaining office copies, carrying out pre-completion Land Registry searches, drafting contracts and leases and working closely with partners to case manage files. This is an extremely varied role at an excellent firm that really rewards paralegals with genuine opportunities for career progression.

Applicants should have at least 6 months experience of residential conveyancing from a law firm and strong academics including a minimum 2:1 or equivalent in an undergraduate degree and ideally to be completing or to have completed their LPC. Interested candidates will have a client focused manner, a methodical approach and should be ambitious and looking to make an impression on the team. Candidates should be familiar with land registry searches and responding to enquiries.
