Residential Conveyancer Solicitor

The role will include working on: sales and purchases, remortgages, new-build plots, shared ownership and help to buy, lease extensions, equity release.
The Candidate:
The right candidate will need to have at least 2 years experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing files covering all types of conveyancing transactions. You will be able to deal with a high level of files independently. The candidate will also need to be able to communicate well and be effective in business development.
