Conveyancing Team Manager

A well-known mid-tier firm based in Altrincham is looking for an experienced conveyancing fee earner to step up into a team manager role.

The firm has gone through an exciting expansion period to keep up with the large amount of incoming work, which is predominantly sales and purchase files, and requires a team manager to manage, mentor and work with a small team consisiting of fee earners and assistants

In return, the firm is offering a range of benefits and is currently reviewing the benefits package to see how else they can support their current staff. The firm currently offers, market leading salaries, food deliveries to the office, parking and a free taxi service to the nearest public transport links amongst other benefits.

The role will involve handling residential sales and purchase files, with assistance and offers good progression, particularly as some of these assistant fee earners will benefit from progression themselves and the team grows.
