Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced local authority property lawyer who can undertake a range of conveyancing matters, and prepare commercial leases. The post will also entail acquisitions and disposals as and when required. Those who have previous experience in dealing with s106 agreements (Town and Country Planning) are highly desirable, however this is not essential for the role.

This role is ideal for those who are seeking part-time hours, due to the role being 26 hours per week. The client is ideally seeking someone for a January start to hand over with the permanent staff member who is leaving.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
