US technology giant now seeks a pragmatic lawyer with a technology industry background and exposure to contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have gained firsthand commercial/IT and/or Corporate experience from a leading law firm along with some in-house experience. This legal team is passionate about employing a diverse workforce which is paramount to their continuing success. They require a highly experienced commercial Lawyer (ideally 4 yrs+) who as a strong transactional background and familiarity of working on IT/technology transactions.
The Role
You and will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on strategic technology service. These deals are worth multi-millions and you'll play a vital role from end to end. Part of your role consists of licensing agreements with enterprise customers and partners where you'll provide legal support for senior management.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have gained legal experience from a leading international law firm along with a credible in-house legal career or in-house secondment. Candidates MUST have strong academics with a passion for innovative technology and enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Candidates MUST have minimal job moves and training from a leading city law firm.
