Your new role

You will be working on a high quality and diverse caseload in Residential Property. You will be supporting a solicitor running a caseload of: Purchasing, Selling, Mortgaging, Re-Mortgaging, buying for investment, leasing to tenants and Taking on a lease.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven excellent standard of client care, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as a proactive approach and the ability to work under their own initiative. You will need to have a professional approach and the ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness. You will also need to show experience of working in a similar role within Conveyancing.
