Exciting opportunity to join a growing fund management business directly supporting senior management on legal and compliance matters.
The role is a maternity cover for 12 months and will support with FCA and SEC compliance as well as other compliance and legal areas including GDPR and AML and KYC and liaise with external consultants and regulators. (They do have a Partner acting as the CF10 and CF11). Other matters will cover company secretarial duties and filings and wider legal issues including company structure, supporting deal teams and managing relationships with outside counsel.
You will ideally have a law degree and at least 4-5 year experience (although all relevant candidates will be considered) with a similar venture capital or private equity business and have the right aptitude and attitude to work at all levels for a fast moving rewarding environment.
