A successful East London based practice is now recruiting a solicitor or legal executive to join the Private Client team. The business is a general practice providing advice to a broad cross section of the local community. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and personable firm with a strong belief in building lasting relationships with clients.
The Role
- Take over a full and existing caseload that traditionally has delivered a high fee per annum
- Deal with Probate, Trusts and Wills
- Manage a varied caseload
- Advise individuals on all aspects of Private Client work
- Manage, encourage and develop the other members of the team
- Work closely with partners and fee earners from other disciplines
The Ideal Candidate
- A lawyer with ambition and gravitas is preferred
- Ability to build productive relationships with professional work referrers and develop a flow of referrals
- Excellent communication skills
Salary and Contract
- Excellent competitive salary plus 33% of all fees in excess of three times salary
- Permanent, full time contract
