Senior Property Solicitor - Our client, a well-established firm based in North Hampshire is now looking for a further property solicitor to join their busy department at a senior level.
They are looking for a c.5 year + PQE solicitor with a solid track record of managing a busy residential caseload as well as assisting in managing the team. You will be handing complex and HNW freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. This will include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity as well as supervising and managing junior members of staff and the day to day running of a busy department. Any previous experience in commercial property transactions would be advantageous however not essential.
