Regional Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitors or Experienced Fee Earner

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a home- based Experienced Conveyancer you will work alongside the firm's office based conveyancers to achieve the business plan and targets through exceptional delivery. You will be supported by the firms dedicated regional management team and you will be responsible for your own allocated caseload.

You will have the freedom to manage a healthy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.

THE REQUIREMENTS

* You must have proven experience handling a caseload of residential property files
* A natural self- starter, you will be able to deliver an efficient and first class client focused service to our valued customers by ensuring clear, concise and regular communication.
* You will be a confident using a case management system
