Residential Conveyancer part or full-time-Leeds

The Firm:

The Role:

-You will be running the full remit of conveyancing transaction from inception through to completion
-The caseload is varied and will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-Must have experience in sale and purchase
-A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a conveyancer will be considered
-Keen desire to work within a team
