Pure Search are working with a well-known retail bank who are looking for a motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing team.
You'd be joining during an exciting time of significant growth, with on-going prospects for career progression.
Key responsibilities:
- The main purpose of this role is to advise and support the business on loan portfolio, M&A and secured funding.
- Advise the bank's Treasury function on its day to day and project matters including swaps, derivatives, Central Clearing and EMIR.
- Advise on banking transactions such as securitisations and collateralised funding arrangements.
Experience Required:
- Qualified lawyer with experience in the areas of corporate and banking law.
- Have previous experience gained in either private practice or an in-house legal environment.
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
