Rate: £25-30 per hour

Our client based in North Yorkshire are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join them for various dates throughout 2019.

Our client in Yorkshire has a fantastic reputation in supplying great legal service and great professionalism, they have a proven track record in providing fantastic client care and having a fresh approach to situations. The accredited firm in Yorkshire are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to help them cover a busy period.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Locum will take on a full and active Residential Conveyancing caseload which will include but is not restricted to: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy, plot sales and shared ownership matters. The firm is looking for a Locum with a strong Residential Conveyancing background who has handled all aspects of a caseload.

Experience of working with a variety of case management systems and medium sized firms is beneficial. This opportunity would suit a Residential Conveyancer who is available for various dates throughout the year.
