Residential Property Conveyancers.
This large national firm are expanding across their property teams in Somerset.
They are now searching for 1 or perhaps 2 conveyancers to join their new homes team and act for developers on plot sales transactions.
You will join the established team, who are part of a much larger national department made up of support staff, fee earners and senior partners.
Applications are welcome from both qualified and unqualified candidates. Ideally, you should have at least 1 or 2 years' residential conveyancing experience, either from a usual residential conveyancing or plot sales background.
In this role, your experience will be developed and you will progress your salary, perhaps even eventually mentoring and leading a small team of your own. Please do let us know if you already have managerial experience. You will of course be used to giving a first class service to all clients, and working to tight deadlines.
Candidates already in Somerset, and those looking to move to this area are encouraged to apply.
