Commercial Contracts Lawyer required to join great local authority for an initial 3 months based in Kent.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry a varied caseload with a large focus on contracts and procurement law. Some of your daily duties will include:
- Negotiating with third parties
- Advising and drafting procurement documents
- Providing legal advice to local authority clients
- Drafting contract clauses
As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you should have a recognised legal professional qualification and a comprehensive understanding of commercial law framework. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and respond to the departments needs and be able to build and develop professional contacts and relationships.
