Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a legal 500 and UK top 150 law firm based in Bournemouth.

The Role:

The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong residential property experience. You will be required to build good relationships with estate agents and other contacts and referrers, meeting with them and keeping them updated regularly

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have between 3-6 years PQE of residential property experience and must be able to demonstrate experience of handling high volume residential property work dealing with all aspects.

The successful candidate will have a network of existing relationships, possess a strong reputation in the area together with sound technical and procedural knowledge.  Candidates will also need to have strong organisation skills and be dynamic in their approach to keeping up with the pace that a busy residential conveyancing team demands.

The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
