In-house Lawyer - Tier 1 Investment Bank

This role is with a global investment banking institution who are undeniably a household name. The role will sit in their wealth management team and will largely have a product focus. This will include advising on new product arrivals.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows;

• Advising on regulatory developments
• Advising on a wide range of products
• Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts

What experience are they looking for?

They are looking for someone who has approximately two years PQE having either qualified in private practice or in-house. As a minimum, they will be looking for at least some exposure to financial services since qualifications.
