A well regraded national practice has a unique opportunity for a Personal Injury Partner to help develop their PI Litigation department in Guildford. This role, offered on a full-time, permanent basis, is focused on Catastrophic Injury and will involve supervising the existing team as well as fee earning and business development.
Responsibilities of your new role
As Personal Injury Partner your duties will include:
- Supervising, motivating and mentoring the existing team;
- Fee earning on a high-volume, multi-track Catastrophic Injury caseload from EL/PL matters to RTA's; and
- Involvement with business development and networking.
Candidate profile
The firm is keen to speak with Personal Injury Partner applicants who demonstrate:
- A wealth of experience in Catastrophic Injury Partner;
- Experience undertaking a caseload of multi-track Personal Injury matters;
- Ideally have been involved in supervising junior members of staff; and
- Experience of Product Liability matters would be advantageous,
Salary
The successful Partner will be offered a highly competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
