Conveyancer - North West Hampshire £35K + (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has emerged at one of the regions longest running firms with a very strong local presence and excellent reputation built on building and maintaining very strong relationships with their client. The firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / FCLIEx) to join the team and play an active role in further strengthening the firm's Residential Property proposition.

You will ideally have a very good grounding in Conveyancing matters already, be technically very capable client focused and willing to contribute to ongoing maintenance of business relationships. You will work closely with the rest of the small but efficient team, managing your own caseload and providing additional support when required, it's a genuine team effort to ensure success overall.

You will deal with a broad range of matters including Sales, Purchases and Remortgaging, Freehold and Leasehold, New Builds, Investment Purchases, Landlords and Tenants - Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements and Notices to Quit, Plot Sales and Purchases, Auction Sales, Transfers of Equity , Matrimonial Transfers and Probate Sales.
