Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Employment Law Associate for an opportunity to join one of the leading teams in Manchester.

The firm are going through a period of growth and success, and their employment department is highly rated and recognised.

The role will involve managing a broad range of employment matters, predominantly for the private sector with a small amount of public work. The team manage High Court litigation, TUPE, corporate buying/selling, redundancies, equal pay reviews, general advisory and the employment side of pensions. There is minimal Tribunal work.

Ideally we are looking for candidates at the 4 - 6 years PQE mark but this is flexible. Due to the structure of the team there would be no blocks for promotion for somebody of this level, so the role would particularly suit somebody who feels they have reached a ceiling in their current firm.

Personality is key, and we are looking for somebody with both the technical skills and the ability to deliver advice in a personable way.
