Credit Controller.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Credit Controller to join a prestigious Birmingham City Centre based law firm within a busy accounts team.
The firm are proud of their reputation across Birmingham within the legal industry, and can offer the right candidate a competitive salary and successful environment. They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller who has experience within a law firm and enjoys to work within a busy yet friendly team environment.
You will have daily involvement and support with the finance team, and have some cross over with the revenue control, billing and cashiers teams. You will be liaising with the partners on a regular basis providing reports, attending meetings and setting diary notes. Reconciliations of ledgers and preparing statements/cash reconciliations for both internal and external use, and having a good understanding of double entry book keeping and understanding client files.
You must have a strong understanding of a professional services firm, and knowledge of solicitor working practises and SAR's.
