Our client, a top-tier city law firm, is seeking a Litigation Support / E-Disclosure project manager to support the Litigation Support Manager and the Litigation Support Associate in the daily project management of a portfolio of global clients in areas of complex litigation and transactional matters.

The role will involve:

  • Providing advice and practical support to fee-earners, paralegals and support staff with regard to litigation support work such as e-discovery, document reviews, document productions and trial support.
  • Reviewing/analysing data received from opponents for compliance with agreed exchange protocols.
  • Assisting, as well as supporting, the transactional teams in relation to deal rooms.
  • Providing education and assistance to fee-earners, trainees, paralegals and to clients on the intricacies of the EDRM process.
  • Closely monitor project/cases status and provide routine status reports including task completions reports and data delivery schedules.
  • Supporting and assisting Fee-earners on ad-hoc matters.
  • Provide administrative support to litigation support team meetings.
  • Complete recording of time on the firm's business both on client matters and otherwise.

Candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in E-Disclosure and Litigation Support within a Legal or Vendor environment.
  • A familiarity with Early Case Assessment, Litigation Support and TAR and CAL (Assisted Review) technologies, together with the full understanding of the EDRM process through to trial.
  • A minimum of one year's experience of Relativity at user and training level, and familiarity with ECA tools such as Intella, Nuix and Law or similar.
  • Understanding of Data Room technology from its use in the simplest form through to more complex set up/requirements, training of users and resolving with vendor technical issues.
  • Understanding of EU General Data Protection Regulation and Data Privacy Acts.
