Our specialist Litigation law firm client is currently looking to recruit a CRM manager to work closely with the CRM Manager in their Marketing and Business Development team. The main responsibilities of this role will be managing and developing the CRM system to support the firm’s business strategy, maintaining and documenting the CRM system ‘best practice’ processes and workflows to ensure we are GDPR and PECR compliant, data acquisition and stewarding – including the resolution of ‘DCM tickets’ raised by the CRM system, responsible for maintaining and executing the data cleansing/maintenance strategy, providing regular and ad hoc reports from the CRM system for departments across the firm and for senior management i.e. new business analysis and user adoption, working with senior management to ensure user adoption of the CRM system and best practices. Candidates must have previous CRM Management experience and experience with LexisNexis or InterAction is desirable. The core hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role is paying up to £50,000
