Clinical Negligence Paralegal
Leeds
I am working with a leading international practice in Leeds who are looking for a defendant clinical negligence paralegal to join their busy team.
The firm are well established in the market and one of the leaders in defendant Clinical Negligence work.
The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience in a regional or national clinical negligence department assisting fee earners on high value caseloads of both pre-litigated and litigated clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts.
You will be acting as the first and primary point of contact for clients on a day to day basis, and instructing experts and Counsel, liaising with witnesses, drafting documents, attending conferences and more.
This with good claimant clinical negligence experience at paralegal level will be considered as those with good defendant personal injury experience.
