Are you a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to move into childcare law within a local authority? Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Childcare Lawyer role offering A LOT of flexibility in terms of remote working.

We are ideally looking for candidatesfor the Childcare Lawyer role that have experience or knowledge of;

  • Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
  • Cases involving abuse, neglect and non-accidental injury
  • Conduct of pre-proceedings files
  • Legal representation of the child or parents in child care proceedings
  • Section 37 mattes in relation to child arrangements
  • Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
  • Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

This role is ideal for a candidate that has public child law experience and is wanting to get into local authority.
