The firm is prepared to look at any candidate who could be trained/moulded into doing business development.

However, you will be needed to be able to supervise yourself and others so you will need to be very confident in your abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of keen marketing ability and be able to manage their own caseload of residential property transactions, some commercial real estate transaction experience would be useful, but that is not a requirement so please apply even if you don't have this.

• Experience of some business development and marketing activities and increasing the client base
