A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lawyer to join an industry leading FTSE 100 global FMCG business on an initial 6 month contract commencing from January. This role is suited to a 1-5 year PQE lawyer, however higher PQE levels will be considered. There is strong potential for the role to extend or go permanent.
Reporting to the Head of Legal you will cover a broad range of responsibilities including:
- working closely with the marketing and digital teams, drafting commercial agreements and providing legal advice
- advising on consumer and regulatory matters, crisis and risk management
- GDPR, data privacy and legal compliance
- supporting with the management of the IP and trademark portfolio, advising on trademark, copyright, anti-counterfeiting matters
- supporting on organisation-wide initatives
You will be a qualified lawyer, trained in a reputable firm or in-house with experience working on digital and ecommernce matters. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in commercial contract drafting and be capable of working in a fast paced team envrionment managing a varied workload.
