Your new role

A mid-level interim position within the company's sizeable London legal function, reporting into the Legal Director. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with possibility of extension. You will negotiate high-value technology outsourcing deals with a supplier side focus, learning from experienced colleagues. You will also lead on intellectual property and build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients alike. What you'll need to succeed

You will be a UK-qualified lawyer with exposure to outsourcing and/or high-value technology contracts negotiations. You will have approximately 4-6 PQE (guide only), ideally with a mixture of private practice and in-house exposure. You will be accustomed to working on high-value transactions and be skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The team is down to earth and friendly, yet also commercially astute and able to stand its ground to the business and clients when necessary - the client is looking for someone who can fit into that approachable but robust culture.
