Regulatory Solicitor or Barrister- Leeds - NQ-2
Our client is expanding its team which deals with professional discipline and regulatory work for the public sector.
This role would see you deal work for a professional regulatory body dealing with disciplinary and fitness to practise work. You would be responsible for conducting investigations, recommending charging decisions, preparing and presenting disciplinary hearings in front of regulatory panels.
You will be a solicitor or barrister with strong advocacy skills which you are looking to develop further. Previous experience in professional regulatory work is ideal, but our client will also consider candidates with prior experience in criminal advocacy, contentious employment advocacy or advocacy in the civil courts.
