An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious team Paralegal Team Leader who possesses experience in property matters to join our client’s thriving practice in Kent. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the property paralegal team on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring team changes
• Allocating workload
• Conducting review meetings and appraisals
• Preparing training programmes
• Assisting in the recruitment of staff
• Induction co-ordination
• Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of five years’ experience in both residential and commercial property
• Have previous experience in a team leading role
• Excel in communication with clients both verbally and written
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work under your own initiative
