Our client is a well known business operating on an international level. They are well established, offer excellent career progression and are entering a growth phase.
A newly created position now exists for a talented commercial lawyer to join the team in Eastern Central Europe on an interim basis. The role will work closely with key internal and external partners and stakeholders, providing contractual support, commercial legal advice and managing risk.
For consideration, you must fulfill the following profile:
- Qualified lawyer (must hold relevant local jurisdiction legal qualifications and languages)
- Extended experience of commercial contract negotiation and drafting. Construction, engineering, infrastructure contracts and projects experience will be an advantage
- Full-cycle contract management: RFP to post award
- Recognised law firm training coupled with in-house experience
- Dispute resolution experience
- A proven track record of building successful business relationships
