We have a brand new Commercial Property role at a progressive, dynamic and well known firm who have been established since the 1800's. The firm have offices across the UK and are on the lookout for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their central Leeds office. You could be a commercial property Chartered Legal Executive, training towards this qualification or be qualified by experience.
Joining the successful Real Estate team, you would be handling your own caseload of commercial property matters including, but not limited to, site purchases, planning and retail estate management work, to regeneration and environmental issues. As the caseload you would be working with is very varied, it is essential that you would have worked previously with a similar caseload.
In addition to running some of your own matters you will also be supporting the two partners in the Commercial Property team with their busy caseloads, and so some of the work you may come across may be more complex, so it is essential that you fully understand commercial property and can hit the ground running in this role.
The firm work with some of the UK's major lenders and banks, alongside some really big names in retail, so this is certainly an interesting role not to be missed! The partners here are also really keen on progression, so the firm would certainly suit somebody looking for supportive firm who promote internal development.
