The Role

The Banking practice sits within the wider Finance group. The team are looking for a Solicitor with 1-4 years post qualification experience.

You will be experienced in general banking, or any of the following areas: Real Estate Finance, Acquisition Finance or Specialist Energy with a keen interest in broadening your knowledge and experience into other general banking areas.

The focus for the role will be energy projects, but you will not be pigeon holed. There will be a very broad mix of general banking and finance matters to work on including leveraged and acquisition finance, private M&A, real estate finance and corporate lending in a high quality but supportive working atmosphere. This role would also be a great opportunity for solicitors looking to do more Corporate M&A.

Requirements

• High quality General Banking & Finance experience with 1-4 years PQE.

• Must be able to demonstrate a collaborative and cooperative approach with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels.
