An established and award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their West Yorkshire based team. The firm has multiple offices across the region, has a longstanding history, and is endorsed by the Law Society’s Lexcel quality standard.
Role and Responsibilities
As a fee earner, you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Help to Buy
- New build (purchase and sale)
- Right to Buy
- Shared ownership
- Mortgages/Re-mortgages
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Experience dealing with a caseload of Residential Property files from Inception to Completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Contract
- Negotiable salary
- Permanent, full time contract
