Our client, a leading UK headquartered law firm with a strong international presence, is seeking a Funds Paralegal to join their London office on a long term contract basis or 18 months.

This firm has a stellar reputation within the Private Funds arena with particular expertise in advising on a wide range of investment funds in addition to offering a full service Listed Funds practice and advising Investment Fund clients on ever evolving regulatory changes.

In joining this highly regarded practice, the successful applicant will be involved in a broad range of work including (but not limited to):

  • Establishing and incorporating limited partnership and limited company fund vehicles
  • Drafting regulatory notices, filings for Companies House and ancillary documents
  • Preparation of transaction bibles

It is therefore imperative that applicants have a minimum of three months of direct experience having worked within the Funds team of a City law firm already. Those who have achieved a minimum of a 2 or equivalent in their LLB/GDL and a Commendation in the LPC are preferred.
