Based in purpose built offices with on site parking and a central location close to local public transport amenities and excellent commuter links, this opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor would suit someone with 2 years PQE in the Bedford area, or within easy commute of Bedford.

People with a Licenced Conveyancer status or Legal Executive status will also be considered for this opportunity

Handling an extensive caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity and Lease extensions, this role would suit someone with over 5 years PQE, although candidates with slightly less would also be considered.

This Residential Property Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer role would be an ideal opportunity for candidates situated within or within easy commute of Bedford, looking for an opportunity with an expanding yet already well established private practice legal firm.
